ITINARY:
Day 1: Delhi – Haridwar
As you arrive in Delhi, the journey straight away starts towards Haridwar, famously known as Gateway to CharDham Yatra. Once you reach the destination & getting free of check-in formalities, you can take a break of a few hours for relaxing, as in the evening you will be visiting the mesmerizing Ganga Arti. After being fueled up with spirituality move on the Night course of Delicious customary dinner, take a night’s sleep at the hotel, and get ready for the next day’s ride.
Day 2: Haridwar – Rishikesh – Barkot
On Day 2nd of this spiritual journey, you will drive towards Barkot or Janki Chatti. Barkot is a picturesque hill destination adorned with 360-degree breathtaking landscapes. While moving towards Barkot a small halt will be taken for Mussoorie where you can enjoy the glorious Kempty Falls (if time allows) and afterward you will reach to the Destination where you will check in the hotel or camp for the night’s stay.
Note: – For the Green Card you have to wait for 4-5 Hrs. (This is the Process by Govt. they check the Vehicle & take all the details of the Passenger, then they allow for the journey)
Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Get ready to drive amidst the steep roads of Uttarakhand, as today you will ride towards Janki Chatti which is located at a distance of almost 48 kilometers from Barkot. Janki Chatti is where you ought to leave your vehicle as after that driving isn’t allowed, so when you show up at the spot start venturing towards the hallowed home of Goddess, if you can’t cover this troublesome distance, go for the pony ride or trucks to show up at the Temple. Yamunotri is one of the most gorgeous and eminent shrines of the Char Dham circuit & is situated in the western region of Uttrakhand and the Bandarpunch Range. Once you reach at the Shrine offer prayers to Goddess Yamuna and seek her blessings for your lifelong prosperity and wealth. One can also take a holy dip in this sacred river and get relieved from their sins. At the end of the day, you return to Barkot for a night halt.
Day 4: Barkot – Uttarkashi
From Day 4th till lunch, you explore the nearby areas after which a drive of 80 kilometers towards Uttarkashi will begin. By the time you will arrive, tiredness will envelop you because traveling in the mountains is tiresome, so you will be checking into the hotel for some hour’s relaxation. Uttarkashi stores lots of ancient temples, scenic wonders, and ashrams so afterward you will be exploring these sites and when the Sun starts to set it would be time to return to the hotel for the night’s stay, as moving out in dark is not permitted.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Before dawn, that is to say, around 04:00 A.M., we take the road towards Gangotri (100 Kms/5 hours). As you show up at Gangotri, it is the norm to take a Holy Dip into the Holy Water of Ganges, after which the Pooja is performed, then now is the ideal time to get once again to Uttarkashi. Day 6: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi / Sersi
In the morning you are to take a long and scenic drive to Guptkashi / Rampur (230 Kms). As the drive will take almost the whole day, upon arriving at the destination a straight-away check-in to the hotel shall be done for the overnight stay.
Day 7: : Guptkashi / Rampur – Kedarnath
Since it is a long & tiring track to the shrine, you have to depart in the early hours & proceed towards sonprayag that’s 4kms, after exploring the site pass forward to Gauri Kund (5 km.) which can be reached by using Govt. Jeep. Leaving the Gaurikund the straight trek towards Shri Kedarnath temple starts which is 17 km, one can avail services of a pony for the steep journey in advance. After darshan/pooja at a temple, the return back journey to Gupta Kashi shall start, as we need to reach the hotel before dark for night halt.
Pilgrims availing Helicopter services: in the early hours move towards Sirsi / Phata / Guptakashi Helipad, after which they fly to Kedarnath Helipad. On arriving at the destination, a walk of only 1 km remains for Shri Kedarnath Temple. After performing prayers / Pooja at Temple, journey back to Helipad to board the Helicopter & return to Hotel for Overnight stay.
NOTE: In case you are traveling by Helicopter / Walk / Pony / Doli, the return will be on the same day with a night stay at Rampur. Those who are traveling by Walk (17 Kms. approx. each way) / Pony / Doli, have a start the trek early in the morning of Day 4 A.M. so that you can come back on the same day.
Day 8: Guptkashi / Rampur – Pipalkoti
After taking a delightful breakfast you can rest or explore the scenic views. Once done with breakfast it is time to proceed to the next destination, i.e, pipalkoti for an Overnight stay.
Day 9: Pipalkoti – Badrinath- Pipalkoti
As you are on the way to your last destination, we advise you to start your day in the early hours, as there is Special Pooja Function that you won’t like to miss, this Pooja will infill your heart with spiritual energy and make your soul satisfied. So subsequent to having breakfast, you hit the road for Badrinath which is 80 Kilometers from Pipalkoti. Lord Badri is viewed as a manifestation of Lord Vishnu and this place of worship is having exceptionally unmistakable significance, that is the reason it is generally flooded by devotees. As a customary tradition that is been followed for ages is to take a holy dip in the holy hot thermal spring at ‘Tapt Kund’.
